Lately

Lately I've only posted lists on this blog, but now I decided to write about something else.
So many things have happened since I last wrote something about my life.
I can also feel that my English is getting worse, especially the grammar.
Maybe it's because I've read too many Swedish books lately, only because I want to read them before I get rid of them. I have to move the books downstairs to prevent my room from falling down, literally.
I've gotten so many books that it's too heavy for both wall and floor, and it's only for safety that I'm moving them.

Other news is that I made my friend Mariam obsessed with Japanese dramas and movies, that's kind of funny when you know what she said before I made her watch Romantic Princess (Taiwanese drama) and Hana Kimi (Japanese drama). She have always said that it's not her thing, she was the same when I told her to watch anime, but now I've made her obsessed and she won't stop talk about it.
Well it's my own fault, and I'm happy that she found something she loves with my help, I hope it will last.

I've been taking a little break from Asian drama, but when Mariam started watching I got a little bit competitive and watched more dramas again, and I realized that I've been missing it very much.
That's not the only thing I've realized though, I've always had bad luck with choosing a Korean drama or movie. All Korean movies I've been watching was so bad I wanted to cry, I almost gave up finding a Korean drama/movie that I liked, but then I found a movie that was really good.

The Classic was the name of the movie, after I've seen it I tried to find another great Korean movie, without any luck. I started to think that there only existed one good movie from Korea and was kind of bummed to think that. I always give things a lot more chances that they might not deserve.
But then I watched a movie with my friend Nathalie called A Moment to Remember, and god it was beautiful.
So I thought maybe Korea is only good for their sad movies, because I already knew their comedy and horror movies sucked. Although I didn't want to believe that all their comedies sucked, so I tried a drama called My Princess, and my belief in Korean dramas/movies was there again.

I'm happy that I was wrong, they can make movies and dramas, I just had bad luck with my choices.
Now I have to try dramas/movies from Thailand, Vietnam, Philippines, Singapore and maybe a movie from North Korea, yeah, they really exists, but I don't know if they are any good, my expectations isn't too high.

My poor account will be empty after buying all the drama and the books of course.
I want to buy some anime as well, especially my new favorite anime: Kimi ni Todoke.
There's a lot to say about that anime, it's the best I've seen ever.
Too bad the live action version is awful, it made Mariam become suspicious about my taste and hesitant about watching the anime. I really want her to watch it.

It's not only dramas/movies, books and anime I've bought recently.
Ebay has become a second home for me and I've bought a magazine that defines me completely, it's called NEO and is a UK magazine.
I've bought an old copy from ebay, and I fell in love.
What makes NEO special is that it's about anime, manga, Asian film and music.
I love everything in there, except for maybe the manga, I really prefer to read words without seeing drawings.
Books are special because I can picture my own world with help from the author.

I've also bought a diary. I want to keep my thoughts in words that I've written from my hands.
It's been too long since I used my hands to write with a pen on a paper.
The reason I thought about keeping a diary was because of a book I read and a movie I saw.
I hope that I can continue writing in it for long, and not lose interest in it too soon.

There's always internet, my thoughts will be here long after I'm dead, but it's nothing like the feeling to write all your secrets and thoughts only for yourself and no one else. Only then can I be completely honest and write about anything that's on my mind.

Now I'm really tired, I hope I make any sense in what I've written.
If I'm not going to sleep right after I've posted this, I'm going to continue reading Spring Fever by Francine Pascal in the Sweet Valley High series.

Good night!
